Microfilter

Microfilters are used to remove fine particles in compressed air and other contaminants, and according to the sensitivity of the devices consuming compressed air to the particle size, the microfilter model is selected.

In addition to absorbing and removing solid particles, microfilters also have the ability to separate liquid particles, including water and oil particles.

Microfilters generally have filters with fine porosity that absorb fine particles, and these filters must be replaced after several hours of operation (about 4000 hours).

Microfilters, like water traps, contain autodrine, which automatically drains absorbed liquids.

Types of microfilters

  1. Pre-Filter microfilters capable of absorbing solid particles up to 1µ size and liquid droplets up to 0.1mg / m3
  2. Main Filter with the ability to absorb solid particles up to 0.01 size and liquid droplets up to 0.01mg / m3
  3. Dust Filter microfilters with the ability to absorb solid particles up to 1µ size
  4. Fine filters with the ability to absorb solid particles up to 0.01 size and liquid droplets up to 0.001mg / m3
  5. Active Carbon Filter with the ability to absorb solid particles up to 0.01 size and liquid droplets up to 0.003mg / m3
